1. Getting Acquainted
Primary Introduction: Engage in conversations, whether through phone calls, emails, or on-site visits, allowing us to immerse ourselves in your vision for the space.
Project Scope: Collaboratively sculpt a project and defining optional features that will elevate your vision.
Budget: We believe in an open dialogue about costs, working hand-in-hand to fashion a realistic budget that aligns with your project aspirations.
Initial Design: project concept, a visual stepping stone that sets the stage for the final quote.
Cost Estimate: We present a detailed quote, enriched with options and upgrades if they align with your vision
2. Formalizing the Agreement
City Permits: If needed, we guide you through the permit application process or take charge of the application on your behalf.
Project Timelines: We synchronize with your schedule, seamlessly organizing to mitigate potential delays or additional costs.
*Service Contract: Once we've aligned on the project's scope, budget, and timeline, we formalize our commitment with a comprehensive contract. While we strive to adhere to the agreed-upon scope, budget, and timeline, any potential changes will be communicated to you well in advance. Our aim is to encompass all project aspects within the contract; nevertheless, unforeseen issues or complications may surface during the project's course. In such cases, you can trust our commitment to promptly notify you and provide clear communication regarding available options.
Deposit: Payments begin usually in two equal parts of 50% or three equal segments of 33%, as eloquently outlined in your contract.
3. Commencing Work
Scheduling: We create a construction schedule, strict adherence to timelines. Occasionally, adjustments are communicated with the change orders.
Pre-Construction: As we set the stage, we answer your questions, offer guidance on neighbor notifications, and unveil a preview of what to expect as the construction begins.
Property Lines: We request your insights into property boundaries and engage BC 1-Call.
Construction: TBD Job Specific.
Change Orders: In the evolution of larger projects, adjustments may arise. When they do, we communicate them clearly, seeking your written or clear verbal approval before the next step.
Inspections: Some projects invite the scrutiny of the City, and we facilitate these inspections on your behalf.
Final Walk Through: As the completion date approaches, we schedule a final walkthrough.
Warranty: A one-year guarantee extends its protective wings over all installations from the date we submit the final payment invoice.
Photography: Throughout the journey, we capture moments in photographs, celebrating the artistry of our work. Rest assured, your privacy is our paramount concern.
